And if you’re wondering why should you pay $15 to post your job here instead of posting it on Facebook for free, the answer is that on Facebook, posts go into a queue for approval, so your post may take a few hours to a few days to get approved, and then it won’t stay on top for long because we get many posts every day so people won’t see it unless they scroll down. Also, they may sometimes get removed if some of the other mods think it’s spam, and the final reason is that this job board uses the job listings schema markup for Google; so when people Google “jobs in El Paso” or similar, our jobs appear at the top of the search results. So your job listing will stay on top of the listings on our site + the Google search results page + you can include links to your own website on your listing for a very relevant do-follow backlink which will increase your ranking in the SERPS.
